Conditions for Firmware upgrade

- After selecting the region, iAUDIO F2 supports MTP protocol and JANUS DRM.
- You are only able to upgrade firmware in UMS mode.
- iAUIDO F2 does not suport text viewer in Music Browser. Please change the mode to File Browser to use text viewer. (Menu -> Settings -> General)
- iAUDIO F2 does not support ID3-tag of OGG file format.

F2 Firmware Upgrade

[Installation steps]

1. Download the latest firmware.
2.Unzip the downloaded file.
3. Connect iAUDIO F2 to a PC by using a USB cable.
4. Run the unzipped exe file.

[Caution]

* Please back up your data before upgrading the firmware.
* Please upgrade the firmware that officially supported by COWON SYSTEMS.
* Please refer to the installation steps.
* If it requires to connect the USB again while upgrading the firmware, please disconnect the player from the computer. Then, please connect it to the PC again.
* iAUDIO F2 will automatically start firmware upgrade after finishing upgrading.
So please wait for a minute and use iAUDIO F2.
* After finishing upgrading, you can delete the firmware file and folder.
